8 days ago I asked (email) Dr. Marnix Bosch whether the group of unidentified MGMT patients remained unchanged at 38. I did not receive an answer yet.
There are 11 unidentified MGMT patients in the DCVax-L treatment cohort. (232 - 90 methylated - 131 unmethylated = 11 unidentified DCVax-l patients and only 1 is alive 36 months after randomization - see slides KM curves)
Perhaps the cohort of unidentified MGMT patients has been reduced to the group of 17 patients enrolled between 2007 and 2009?
