“Good highlighting the due diligence shortfalls that don't mention the lawsuit and the ruling against EEGI! Let me guess, they'll win on appeal though? lol More pink sheet fairy tales!”

Due diligence is indeed very important. And, yes, “pink sheet fairy tales” do exist unfortunately. I can cite a perfect example, ironically enough, using the same above quoted statement. Allow me to correct some things with some facts.

- There was no lawsuit against EEGI.

- There was therefore no ruling against EEGI.

- There can therefore be no appeal, because no lawsuit existed in the first place against EEGI.

EEGI shareholders need to know the facts. So considering no lawsuit against EEGI has taken place, that obviously means a ruling against them or appeal filing couldn’t exist either.

Let this serve as a perfect example of “due diligence shortfalls” and a reminder why facts and proper due diligence are indeed important!
