SPG is now yielding almost 7%. I'll be focusing on this one this weekend as I have time. There are very few mall businesses I'd look at but SPG did not forget how their business works while their stock price fell 40%. As I always do, I got in a bit early and am down 17% but I'll continue to add as they work through this more challenging market. MAC is the other mall REIT I've owned, but not here.

This is our last weekend on the boat before we head back to Santa Fe early Tuesday.
