Of course, stockholders will be paying this bill, of no fault of their own, other than to have believed that the Whelan family had their bests interests in mind, which they didn't.

Nobody cares about that SEC witch hunt any more. Water long passed under the bridge. All that matters now is that BIEL still hasn't paid their fine.

Also, I've heard it said that the amount of the SEC is mere "pocket change" just "Peanuts". If that's true, why hasn't it been paid? Along with the Federal Withholding Tax, which is years, if not decades, overdue. The IRS is owed only two times "pocket-change". Jeesh!
