if it is such a 'buying op' then why doesn't smart money see it as such. Instead, they've sold it down into the bankruptcy price zone base on the company's cash bleed and profit deterioration. The stock is pricing in fundamental value... there is a correlation you know.

Anything below 1.81 means a company is in distress and could go bankrupt within 24 months. And everything in between is a gray zone, albeit one signaling the possibility of financial distress.
