<< totally agree Survivor. Told my wife the other day that the market is so vast, so complex and so intertwined, plus the collusion at all levels, that it seems criminal acts are actually rising.
No regulatory agency is really capable/willing to keep tabs on it all...especially when they are part of the collusion and treachery as the SEC, DTCC and MM's appear to be IMO.
Plus the crooked companies which intended from the onset, to do nothing, own nothing, sell nothing...just issue shares.
No, IMO the only way to win is to catch the "crumbs" by playing the game. Follow the MM axes. Just flip the living crap out of every stock as often as you can at the levels NITE and a few others post. Buy at their bid...sell at their ask.
P.S. For long term profits, buy shares of NITE ... on dips of course.
