Wanna talk about DD? On Page 12 and 13 of the 10Q:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=15675343&guid=iWKwk6BpKXU3dth

Shows note holder:
"SIXTH STREET LENDING, a North Carolina corporation"

When you search the North Carolina SOS: https://www.sosnc.gov/search/index/corp
Nobody is registered with that name.

I highly doubt the company would make a mistake about which state the Note Holder resides within..

Something else...
The only group I see registered with the SEC under that name are out of TX, Not North Carolina:
https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/individual/summary/1892040
https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/individual/summary/5085548
https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/summary/320821
https://reports.adviserinfo.sec.gov/reports/ADV/320821/PDF/320821.pdf
https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/summary/155006
https://reports.adviserinfo.sec.gov/reports/ADV/155006/PDF/155006.pdf
https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/summary/159014
https://reports.adviserinfo.sec.gov/reports/ADV/159014/PDF/159014.pdf

I see relations to London, Australia, New York, California, Massachusetts & Texas.

Why do these SEC registrations matter?

>>"Act of 1934 (Exchange Act) defines a dealer as “any person engaged in the business of buying and selling securities for his own account, through a broker or otherwise.”

That naturally sounds like a description of a normal retail investor, so there’s an exception for “traders,” who buy and sell for their own accounts, “but not as part of a regular business.”

Anyone who fits the definition of a “dealer” must register with the SEC and FINRA. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the securities laws. In 2008, the SEC produced a Guide to Broker-Dealer Registration that clearly explains who may need to register."<<

Am I seeing this correctly?
Is the note holder impersonating Sixth Street Lending out of Texas?
Did the 10Q show the note holder from North Carolina when they really meant from somewhere else?

GLTA, maybe this note holder will stop selling until further clarification can be made why the 10Q shows the note holder's company is out of North Carolina.
