I guess the bottom line effect of the collapse of leasing would be that the existing leases are worth more to the leaseholder than just a few months ago

It's good info from an industry and local economy viewpoint. The intro and summary narrative are on point. The data tables are a bit dry for my taste but the graphic presentations in the last publication are a quick and easy way to visually convey the depth and breadth of the interruption's damage to local economies

I stand by my earlier observation that the energy market turmoil (that we're just beginning to see) will be a once-in-a-lifetime excursion from "normal"
