I think that the criticism was intended for Fireman, who you were responding to, not to you.

We have a lot of people here and at Investors Village who like to create doubt where there should be almost no doubt. I say almost no because the regulators can never be ignored, I've seen them delay drugs that have changed medicine for certain diseases with their foolish questions that had no consequences wrt the benefits of the drugs. Thousands of lives may have been saved in the time their questions were being answered. In no case have I seen them deny a product I felt certain of approval, and I believe that's the case here. Let's hope we don't get delayed, we will not be denied.
