We are already a month and a half into the 2nd quarter and the company just diluted the OS by greater than 10% for a record low $0.75 pps. That should tell you how they’re doing. Not good. It’s a disaster. Q2 will be similar to Q1 with pitiful SAAS revenue. No other material events have occurred to generate revenue since Q2 started. I still think the stock will pop to $1 but the latest nonsense about market Being a “game changer” is a hoax IMO and the same nonsense that’s been touted for years now. Hopefully there are some good pumps this summer but they will be short lived as another dilutive stock sale will be needed to operate the company.
