I agree VI, so it behooves the company to get the share price as high as possible before releasing a formal TLD statement. If in fact they open up about all that's happened in over a year and a half at ASCO and it drives the share price higher, a TLD statement immediately thereafter ought to make the share price dramatically higher before the loan can be converted. The statement at ASCO might well include what would be included in a TLD statement, but it would not be one as it's covering many other things. It's one thing to say something is top line data, but the TLD statement includes more than just the data, it includes where they intend to go with it.

Many TLD statements indicate that further trials will be required before approval is possible, others indicate failure and abandonment of the product, and finally the good ones express the belief that the data is sufficient to gain approval from the regulators. They might express this in their oral presentation at ASCO, but I don't believe that until you have it in print that you have a TLD statement.
