The law firm they've hired continues to suggest a RS for stocks with ENZC's share structure characteristics. They describe it as "blown out". The suggestion comes both from the need to eventually raise capital as well as getting to the required $4 to list on an exchange where clean money is possible. They also suggest that moving tiers within OTC is not very helpful in the realm of attracting additional investment. They don't seem to differentiate between pink, B, and X insofar as a company's prospects to survive.
