Give them your order
explain that you would rather keep business at ETrade
Suggest that they only charge the usual on line rate ($4.50)
Don't take their first "No" for an answer. Suggest they ask their supervisor.
"Buying from the 10+ other Brokerages means transferring funds out of ET, and you don't want to do that"
