One of the presentation slides related to the TRL scale mentioned they are both proposing and negotiating. I personally believe that any delays at this point essentially mean that Dr. Lebby has put his entire self into this platform when the industry had given up on it, and he, and collectively speaking, LWLG shareholders deserve fair remuneration.

This article shows that he is a highly respected as both an invetor, and regarding intellectual property. When he says freedom of manufacture he means it. Noone will be riding off using his inventions without paying, so might as well play nice - is an underlying theme.
