Note that this video was done while $HIVE was over $1 and a 1:5 REVERSE SPLIT would have put the post 1:5 REVERSE SPLIT pps over $5. Well, not anymore!!!!
The post 1:5 REVERSE SPLIT pps will remain below $5 and please note the comment that "Shorts" will try to push this back down to $1, which will not be difficult as it is already on its way.

I'm glad I sold out of all of the miners months ago. HIVE was my number one pick for various reasons, largely in part because they were growing more through organic growth and not borrowing massive amounts of money. But I have to say this reverse split is good for nobody except for the pockets of direct business management and Associates. This is not good for any shareholder at all. There are several other options they could have gone with. They very well could have removed shares without a reverse slit, share buybacks, there are other alternatives that would create better shareholder value. They have plenty of capital they could work with. Share buyback would have shown the managements true belief in their own company. When you show that you don't why would you expect anybody else too. Furthermore that reverse split will not reduce the number of authorized shares meaning they could dilute much more after a reverse split. I put my money into other high risk but higher reward companies. CYBL being one of them with a NO REVERSE SLPIT POLICY huge share reductions and the most rapid growing company in the OTC and it will become a NASDAQ Company
