In no way am I insisting that I am correct. I point out the information that Marketwatch gathers and posts to back up my conclusion.

I understand how charts work and are quite useful at times. I just don't believe they have a high degree of accuracy when applied to a thinly traded penny stock. That's ok, we can disagree on that. It doesn't make me right or wrong about it - it is simply my opinion. It is also an opinion held by many others, professionals in the market (but that also doesn't make it a fact - just their opinion)

I believe your assessment that WDDD is a completely different stock or play from 6 months ago is spot on. We all hope that it goes up, but there has been very little information regarding the new direction. I just observe many obstacles to overcome with the current market conditions etc. If the Court case was lost 2 or 3 years ago, I believe they would have had better opportunities to spin this into some successful venture.
