Insisting you are right doesn't make you right. Identifying a pattern in a chart does not change if a chart is a penny stock. If a chart that looked like WDDD's during the time I labeled it a channel was for a NYSE stock, the pattern doesn't change but the usefulness of applying that pattern potentially does. Many resources that teach pattern recognition do not even include a ticker symbol. Your reasoning suggests that you do not understand this. The inaccuracies you reference have to do with applying technical analysis to govern trading decisions for penny stocks.
You then go on to reference data from Marketwatch, despite that I previously explained why it does not make analytic sense to use. The chart analysis pre and post court decision are amalgamated in the Marketwatch stats. The factual data that you reference is correct, but it is being misapplied in your reasoning for insisting you are correct. WDDD is, from an analytic perspective, a different stock now from six months ago.
I think you are a smart person. I will not make further attempts to explain this.
