I understand what you guys are saying, and the points can't be argued.

But at a $400K market cap, the upside potential is enormous vs the risk incurred.

I find it hard to believe that the Putz went to all the trouble and expense to bring the filings current, obtain the necessary attorney letter, and attain Pink Current status just to let this languish at such a low valuation.

I like my chances for an absolutely HUGE payoff from this level.
