FORW has lost on the HMBL warrant exercise. They had to impair the investment by $650,000 as of the end of March….and it is worth a lot less now.

So he pissed away $650,000 of shareholders equity for the warrant stunt…but he’ll be fine, the company is still in the hook to him for the full $2 million.
