So lets call the last trip to New York amateur hour.
Frank put out a Tweet from Dan basically saying no dilution we have several offer sheets in hand.

Then Dan and Jim posted a picture in the lobby of Wainwright & Co.
Who would do that if you didn’t have a deal in hand
At best it was misleading

Hopefully we don’t get any BS from this trip

$CLVN NYC trip is to develop the structure and framework for project financing, providing Bankers a clear understanding of the status and determining what needs to be done to secure financing. This process is NOT trivial and takes time.

Dan heading to New York City next week to meet with bankers. Let's hope we see the project financing, green bond, credit facility etc we are looking for. Those are all non dilutive which is what we are striving for.
