Just out of interest, where did Villar and the wife go after Barrick/CMN got to them with the filthy lucre paid off for their signatures.
Where would they have been safe as well could enjoy the beach sun and tranquility??

I would wager Phyllis Emery knows where they went.
I wonder if it was one payment or several to guarantee silence as well as non interference. Phyllis would have had to know to send the payments on.

Did Villar know about the 4 secret contracts? Was he involved at the outset or not on these peripheral agreements?
