It is quite common for a company to initially announce the date, then come back with a release providing details to those not attending. Your "clearly in error' insinuation is pure SPIN on your part.

And also, give credit that there are not numerous and many companies that have bagged their in-person ASMs for a call-in only ASM that is completely scripted, so for LWLG to hold an in-person ASM in and of itself is an act of confidence.
