I don't doubt that the housing market will slow down and here in Phoenix I know homeowners are already under water that just purchased 4 months ago. So companies like COOP will have to cover those mortgage payments if people start to default. COOP will get their money back but it's just not a good appearance, and they will have to use cash on hand to cover those mortgage shortages. So I think overall, yes, the sentiment is not going to be very positive moving forward. We shall see. I just didn't see a precipitous drop in a matter of two days as Lodas postured. I think it will happen over the next few months.

I'll also add that I don't think coop is done surprising us and growing so I will always maintain a position
