Very interesting
For several years now HOUSE HAVE NOT CHARGED a commission on trades.
I have suggested this was done to drive the smaller house almost out of business so the BIG houses like MS and SCWABB could buy them up.

Well they did JUST that on several of the smaller houses Scott TD,Ameritrade

WELL I had not been paying attention and haven't been making many trades lately, but YESTERDAY I made a trade and my email confirmation of that trade showed this today


Commission: $6.95

Guess they got what the wanted and now don't need to do the free trades anymore

THEY PICKED UP A LOT of accts in these acquisitions that once held ESCROWS Like almost a majority of them
