Hope,

From the first time I looked at the presentation I asked the question, what happened to the Top 100, I've still not seen anything accounting for them. I believe that results certainly warrant approval, more than double the SOC are living, that normally would be a tremendous outcome, but I believe we were led to believe it could be substantially more. Perhaps it will all come out in the Journal.

Dr. Liau has clearly expressed the belief that DCVax-L was a part of the answer, but other parts needed to be found, or developed. It appears that she's found one in Keytruda in the trials at UCLA. The combination may very well produce a dramatic improvement not seen if they're used independently. Her goal is curing essentially everyone, so she'll still be working to find the additional parts that are needed.

In the middle of the 1900's, it was thought that by the end of the century we'd have conquered and energy would be largely provided by cheap, clean fusion energy. I do believe we've made some progress, but the more we learn about cancer, the more complex we find it to be. Much the same is true of fusion, we can do it, but we're still lacking a way to do it in a sustained way. I suspect that we'll ultimately find that we can pulse fusion and gain more power than it takes to do it, but I doubt if we'll have reactors where fusion is sustained and controlled. Likewise, many cancers may become less of a threat, but some will not be cured in spite of improved treatment.

I believe that personalized medicines will play an ever increasing part in out treatment. In time better vaccines than ours might be developed, or ours may continue being used. Our FlaskWorks unit could actually become a huge profit center if it becomes adaptable to making many of the other personalized products.
