Marty, there is always a possibility that an OTC ticker is a scam. Do some due diligence and you’ll understand how elaborate a scam can be based on previous examples. That’s exactly why the SEC and federal agencies have pursued and persecuted stock promoters for fraud and criminal activity. You don’t actually believe the “room” is naive?
