I believe that Revenue is recognized when the product is shipped to the customer

That is why there is a 'Deferred Revenue' line in the Financials. A customer has placed a deposit or prepaid for an Order. BIEL can't count it as Revenue until the Order ships. Q1 2022 Financials show $191k in 'Deferred Revenue'.

The last SAI estimate we had was from a Board poster who was told by SAI, in answer to an email, that they would Launch in Q2 2022. This will be a large Order for BIEL as SAI has 9 'Powered By ActiPatch' Products.
