There will NEVER be any reprisals on this. The reason? BP, the markets, and U.S. government (senate, house, DOJ, etc...) is in bed on this... they are all making tons of money on this at honest investors expense.... remove Gov's income stream, and forget they were involved, and might get some definite movement... otherwise forget it...
