The way I see it... as it now stands... either:

1- LP has trapped the shorts, has an existing deal with MERCK or others based on trial results.

or...

2- she has screwed the pooch and we are a long, hard road to NASDAQ to get to a decent pps to negotiate a reasonable buyout price, if ever....
