Then to satisfy the shareholders that at least SOME type of merger would happen, Linda fabricated a shell company out of THIN AIR and merged with THAT.

And don’t even attempt to say that didn’t happen because I KNOW IT DID. I was THERE and questioned every move that Linda made.
