I have many questions.

I guess that I need to amp up my game here a bit and start engaging ZIVO again.
Dahl never struck me as screwing the pooch ..... but did strike me as parasite vs producer (never getting things done which is basically screwing the pooch). Those that have been around a long time will understand that reference.

I'm still not understanding the massive awards that happened over the last couple years either ..... for what ? I believe some of those had vesting requirements so millions of potential options/warrants would likely be cancelled .... a good thing but under the hood.

On legal front with Dahl ... doesn't look like its moved to that stage based on the filings. Its been 4+ months. Would think he'd have moved to file by now if he feels wronged. Surely ZIVO and its investors have been wronged. Yaldoo and HEP Investments ... condition of their investment was bring in Dahl as CEO. Don't remember the exact number but they funded in the neighborhood of $15-20 million. At this point that bought us all alot of IP ..... but no revenues ... and now HEP Investments doesn't have right to the IP any more with the stock conversion .... they have lost several million. Twas interesting one of the filings noting Yaldoo's presence at Dahl dismissal. Strange. But someone who also made it a point that Dahl was to be CEO to receive funding. Yaldoo losing millions with no claim to anything now.

Dahl ? What did he lose ? Maybe about $4K on his 100K purchase of ZIVO stock many years ago ?

Anyway .... CEO is responsible ..... BoD is responsible for oversight. Payne and Maggiore are responsible. Of course ... some thing ... or accumulation of some things .... finally made them exercise their oversight and make a move on Dahl.

Dahl infamous quote ...... "the doors are still open right ? Would you prefer the opposite ?" I think Payne can do some things here. But big pharma arena is not a place things happen quickly and ZIVO isn't in the best bargaining position.

Not telling you anything you don't already know I guess .... but I have more faith in Payne ..... than I ever had in Dahl. The questions started on Dahl's viability the day he was hired. Unfortunately a bad move for ZIVO to keep him around for a decade. Lots of excuses and time lost. Those same questions don't apply to Payne.
