Top Line Data (“TLD”) should be a defined term in the Loan Agreement.

Be interesting to know what that definition is.

They were very careful not to put the presentation on their website as had they done so the lender could allege that it was their TLD statement. They led investors to the presentation, but officially steered clear of it coming from the company. I look forward to them doing it, but am willing to wait a few more weeks if that's what they insist on.
