LOL After 4 PR's that did nothing but show Duffy's desperation to attract new investor. I would think at this point if Duffy/XERI can't complete the XTI merger in time to keep interest if the default happens. That may be the only hope of avoiding a death spiral. Like I've said this month will be very telling. Judging by the falling SP and rising sell volume PPL aren't expecting much.
