You think it's "LEGAL" for an OTC POS like this to buy back shares W/O filing like they did mid December to artificially inflate the SP? Yeah, according to OTC markets site that's exactly what happened going by the SS updates. I posted it back then as well.

Pretty sure they're required to file when such an event happens.
