Maybe the statute of limitations expired and they needed some fresh meat and a story to tell about how the market rules help manipulators. If they did try to get a halt placed in anticipation of good news being turned to bad and there was no way to prevent it do you suppose there might be some interest in changing the regs? Imagine how the movie plays out with congressional help to change things or them standing in the way. How this story gets told is up to NWBO and shareholders. Best wishes.
