zzatt unless you have been a ceo or owned a company you will never see where I am coming from. A quality ceo can sell ice to a polar bear.
A quality ceo can take the best of a company and make it better, not things like a shareholder vote to give themselves a big raise.

A quality ceo informs the shareholders and keeps them informed.
My company was private, yet I kept the employees always informed as to how the company was doing and it's financial strength. I also kept them informed as to the direction I was taking and would ask for their insight as to what they thought I should do.
