"The "management team" has had three years to accomplish something substantive and has accomplished zippo. Based on posts on this Board, there are shareholders who have been expecting a substantive accomplishment (e.g., merger) since Spring 2021 and have seen zippo. Based on posts on this Board, there are shareholders who have been waiting for the e-commerce website since May 1 and have seen zippo. Whether it's due to cluelessness or stupidity, this "management team" apparently can't accomplish anything substantive.
