Looking at the Fintel report, in addition to the Form13F, there is another code reporting: "NP".
i believe they are the ones accounting for the difference with the ~12M shares reported in Form13, bringing the total over 18M.
I'll try and figure out more precisely what this represents.
In any case, the #s are going up, and this reduces the free float after a very strong piece of news comes out...
