From 10Q the thing that really scares me, and I’m not sure if this is a standard disclosure or guidance but under the “other information” it says “ we have incurred substantial operating losses since our inception and will continue to incur substantial operating losses for the foreseeable future”

I believe this is standard safe harbor language, and until they reach commercialization, they have to stick to the current level of operation in working to get the PDK etc in place, which will result in operating losses.
