A professionally prepared fully loaded draft SCOTUS Petition has been sent to our printer, Counsel Press, for formatting and review, in preparation for filing on Monday. .

The draft Petition has also been sent to co-counsel, North, for review. For the first time, North is on the Petition cover with me as counsel of record.

If by the Grace of God, we somehow, some way, pull off the longshot and get certiorari granted, it will be the marj and North show at counsel table. I need a nap. zzzzzzzz. I will be around later, after getting some rest.
