It is optimistic. They’ve been following the developments of Zion for sometime now and agree with them that Zion is sitting on a petroleum system.

“This new exploration license application will further our current and future work plans in Israel,” stated Vice President and Managing Director in Israel, Jeff Moskowitz.”

MJ03 is another piece to the puzzle and believe that Zions plan is to create an oil field. No doubt they know where the oil is with the certain zones of interest they’ve mentioned including the 3D seismic imaging results.
