(i) Germany, UK, Italy, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Netherlands
(ii) Austria, Belgium, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal, Switzerland

with partner*:
(i) Central and Eastern European (Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia) and Greece
(ii) Cyprus, Malta

* the partner(s) - more likely - will manage (including approvals) the non-EU countries also: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia
