I hope Munaf Ali doesn't strike a deal with Alessi, (Alessi is too shady). Recently I was alerted about a stock GH*MP, apparently Alessi was also the previous CEO, needless to say, I took a small position at above 5 cents, then I started digging the filings and found out there were 92 million share notes that needed to be converted and they had a decent merger. I am just trying to find out if it is the same Alessi that suing the old management for unpaid salaries in lieu of 3 million shares. I still have 38,800 shares.
