IMO, the AVXL management/ops teams are experiencing a kind of (S1R-MOA-WHAT IF) scope creep moment. I was there in the early days of , "Silicon Valley -discovery moments", and recognize the scenario.

As the technology presented itself many smart people got creative ...starting w/diode arrays, to linear-digital network integration, to dtl...to MOS...new product apps were only limited by the processing physics of the moment...then...BOOOM .

That is what we have here. DR.M. and staff are deciding every day which bridge to cross first-next. A part of their task is to keep it all on the rails . A big dilemma (IMO) is how do they drag the regulatory bodies along w/them and keep product control at the same time. While not spilling the beans. B/C there are not enough patent lawyers on the planet to control what is about to happen.

Sherman Fairchild did it along w/Bill Gates and others. IMO, the AVXL MOA scope here is not yet fully understood. AVXL is not just another MICRO-BIO shiny thing. How could it be? We are about to be part of change propagation driven by new knowledge. Eventually, the FDA will have to change their processes on how they are doing evaluations and approvals, IMO.
