a.) the cash-flow SG&A was $86M ... will be (avg.) $75-76M (as a result of the $30M cut ... see Q1 call)
b.) The US portion (defined as U.S. gross profit less U.S. sales and marketing-related* expenses) has positive contribution margin. app. $193M and $11M in FY2021 and Q1 (Note: *in my calculation inc. ex-US expenses also, since no breakdown available … Profit from U.S. commercial activities is higher.)
