No split yet, they wanted to do one last month but couldn't get the votes. They are in the process of their second tender offering which expires on the 16th, I personally don't believe it is going well. The whole operation is a stinky pinky fluffie machine that hasn't yet been thrown down to the OTC which is where it should be IMO.

My buy in will be at .05ish which is very doable IMO.
