Ok I had to do some digging. So shareholders could turn in 10 shares of Class A for 1 Class C Stock. It was August 2019. And the first tier where they convert back and hit the open market is August 22nd. In total 10 million C Shares where distributed and they convert back to 10 A Shares for each C. So looks like your float will increase regardless by 25 million August 22nd. Class C Shares have 5 times the voting power. Class C holders are also the only ones that can vote on dividends which they plan on start paying out in 2021 immediately after uplisting. With a year end dividend of 1.00 per share. Haha So they thought they were going to pay out more than what their stock is now worth for a dividend. They projected a goal PPS to start off 2022 at 67.50$, will be a household name. Lol Had to chuckle at that part Ian added. It also references when they did this is 2017. The PPS was 7.85 and within a week it dropped to .05. that's why they are doing it over a 4 year span. But that was only 6 million shares. Smart guys! Ha There ya have it.
