Any CEO that bought his OWN shares and still owns a good percentage with the dilution tells me all I need to know.
So, yeah 20b is relatively conservative.
Have to understand the fields they're in. It's not JUST medical BTW. The cannabis plant has 100' to 1000's of various uses.

I don't think they would sell for anything under 20b that's for sure.
