How much does what is agreed to with the UK affect the remaining EU countries and reimbursement discussions? A race to the bottom or do countries do their own thing and pay little attention to other countries?

Both: countries do their own thing but 26 out of 28 EU member states use international reference pricing (IRP) to control national drug prices by using other countries' prices as a benchmark.
