We came out with splendid news yesterday. Any company would be out there pushing these results. They have not. Why? It can only mean publication embargo. I have only seen the rules for NEJM, but would assume they are fairly similar between journals.

Vague PR referring to the academic presentation. CHECK

No dissemination except on third party non-profit website. CHECK

No promoting of results until published. CHECK

I am not saying that we will see the article at 5pm EST, but I am pretty sure that their behavior is in response to journal embargo. We could see the article any day now. Hopefully in NEJM later today or AOO tomorrow.
